Bookkeeping is the day-to-day documentation of a company’s financial transactions. These transactions could include purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Normal monthly services include, but not limited to, are bank reconciliations, monthly financial packet, payables, receivables, and quarterly reports.

Our payroll services is an additional service based on pay schedule and number of employees. This includes keeping taxes up to date and quarterly reports. 

There are a few other services we specialize in. If your company has over 50 payables, we can enter and keep them paid in a timely manner. Companies that have special invoicing and needs more up to date receivables being entered is another service we can provide. Collecting payments can be difficult and frustrating, let us handle the collection process for you.
